We Provide

  • Party for children 4 and older

  • 1 hour of private gym time

  • 30 minutes in a private party room

  • Assistance in your party room

  • 15 minutes of lobby set up prior to start of party

  • 15 minutes of lobby tear down at end of party

You Bring

  • Up to 30 children

  • Food

  • Drinks

  • Paper products (plates, napkins, forks, spoons, cups)

  • Lobby decorations ( Please keep in mind decorations must not damage Chalk walls, tables or windows)

Rules

  • All participates must have a signed release waiver

  • Children ages 3 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times in facility

  • Only children are allowed on the equipment.

  • Socks for adults, barefeet for children. No shoes allowed on the gym surfaces.

  • Some equipment is off limits, such as High Beams and High Bars.

  • The air track is one direction only.

  • Please change diapers in the Restrooms and dispose of soiled diapers in bathroom trash.

  • If your child has a potty accident, please notify the supervisor immediately so appropriate cleaning may be done.

  • No food, drink, or shoes allowed in the gym space.

  • Doors unlock & setup begins at 11:45

  • Party fully over and doors lock at 1:45

  • Doors unlock & setup begins at 1:45

  • Party fully over and doors lock at 3:45

HOW DO I BOOK MY PARTY?

Call 541-308-3366 to schedule your party with a registrar and submit your deposit.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Deposits and final payments for parties are non-refundable.

HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT TO BOOK A BIRTHDAY PARTY?

$50 Non-refundable deposit or paid in full. 

WHAT IF I HAVE A SCHEDULE CONFLICT AFTER I BOOK MY PARTY?

If you discover a conflict with your chosen date more than 3 weeks before the date, you may change it one time pending availability.

This change must be done either in person or over the phone.

Changing a party date with less than 3 weeks notice forfeits the deposit and final payment.

WHAT TO DO ON THE DAY OF YOUR PARTY:

  • Parents of the birthday child can arrive 15 min prior to start of party to decorate lobby as they wish. Please keep in mind decorations should not damage any Chalk walls, windows, or tables. All tape from windows and walls should be removed at the end of party.

  • Upon arrival Chalk party host can assist or answer any last minute questions

  • As children arrive, have children remove socks, shoes and outerwear. Let parents know to arrive 10 minutes prior to the party’s end time to help their children collect their things.

  • When the gym hour is over, the kids will be shown into the party room for parent planned activities such as treats and presents.

  • Once your 30 minutes in the party room is over you will collect only what you would like to keep and you leave the mess for us to clean up.

  • Chalk does not allow piñatas, confetti or silly string.

WHAT DO I DO AS THe parents of the Birthday child?

  • Arrive 15 minutes before your party time to greet your guests and decorate lobby as you wish.

  • Remind your guest that children should dress in active wear and will have bare feet during gym time. Jeans are not allowed on the equipment. Long hair should be tied back.

  • Provide food and drinks.

  • End your party on time. Please keep in mind there might be a party following yours!

  • Let parents know when dropping off their children that they should arrive 10 minute before a party’s scheduled end time to pick up.

  • Keep track of your group’s personal items and don’t wear anything valuable.

  • Chalk assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen items.

  • Chalk does not allow alcoholic beverages on the premises at any time.
