Whether you ski or snowboard, mountain bike, cliff dive, kiteboard, skateboard or any other activity involving airtime; this is the course for you. In our Air Awareness program we will go through a multitude of topics such as falling correctly, rolling, haptic and optic movements, flipping and twisting, and balancing. Much of our time will be spent on our two Max Air Super Trampolines learning how to functionally move your body while airborne. Many air sports involve less than forgiving landing surfaces such as rocks, concrete and firm snow. Come learn safely at Chalk Gymnastics to maximize performance and longevity while out in the real world.
