In our Air Awareness program we will go through a multitude of topics such as falling correctly, rolling, haptic and optic movements, flipping and twisting, and balancing. Much of our time will be spent on our two Max Air Super Trampolines learning how to functionally move your body while airborne. Many air sports involve less than forgiving landing surfaces such as rocks, concrete and firm snow. Come learn safely at Chalk Gymnastics to maximize performance and longevity while out in the real world.
Please have your child use the restroom before class.
