Got a kid that likes to fly? Want them more skillful on a trampoline?

Our freeride program teaches kids the way of the trampoline, utilizing our two max air supertramps and enormous landing airbag. Develop air awareness, learn basics, or turn up the volume on your current tricks. Practice snowpark skills in our dryland classes, and build the strength needed to rotate and land with ease. Wherever you’re at, we’ve got your back!

Air Awareness & Flips

4-6 Years, 7-10 Years

Whether you ski or snowboard, mountain bike, cliff dive, kiteboard, skateboard or any other activity involving airtime; this is the course for you. In our Air Awareness program we will go through a multitude of topics such as falling correctly, rolling, haptic and optic movements, flipping and twisting, and balancing. Much of our time will be spent on our two Max Air Super Trampolines learning how to functionally move your body while airborne. Many air sports involve less than forgiving landing surfaces such as rocks, concrete and firm snow. Come learn safely at Chalk Gymnastics to maximize performance and longevity while out in the real world.

Chalk Dryland: Freeski & Snowboard

Ski Prep All Levels (Multiple Age Groups)

Get ready for Freeski and Snowboard Season at Chalk! Build the strength you need for your mountain adventures. Practice tricks and technique for the park, pipe, slopestyle and big mountain. Build fitness and strength through training technique working drills. This course utilizes trampoline, dry slope, mini ramp and gym features of the gym. Please come prepared.

Weightlifting Classes (Multiple Age Groups)

The kids and teens of Chalk are strong from moving at the gym and on the mountain, but nothing gets you stronger than lifting weights. Learn to lift or keep lifting with us at Chalk. Our strength programs are designed for the changing bodies of growing kids and teens and we’ve been teaching kids to lift for fifteen years. Join us to ensure your child gets started right and learns to love lifting. Classes offered for 8-11 yo, 10+, and Teens. Some classes offered at the Power Station on Cascade Avenue in Hood River.
