This class is designed for Mamas and their babies who are not yet mobile. Coach Elizabeth Payne will work with the Mums to get their core and pelvic floor strength back through the use of barre, pilates, and yoga. Baby gets to be a part of the fun and everyone enjoys the soft gymnastic floor. Strollers may be used as the barre at times, and everything you learn can be taken home to do additional work between classes. After each class there will be a little extra time with the coach for personal assessments for mums that would like any additional guidance.
