ParkFit & Youth Fitness Overview

Parkour, Strength, Joy in Movement, We Train To Play Forever.

Our Park Fit classes are designed for students of all skill levels. Through playing games, learning new skills, improving strength, and conquering obstacle courses we find our goals. Students will see their confidence increase and find a sense of community in our freestyle jumping, flipping, and obstacle conquering program.

PARKFIT

Designed to progress from class to class, ParkFit 1 teaches the fundamentals of parkour, promotes better strength and mobility, and emphasizes the relationship between the two. Students will learn basic skills including moving quadrupedally, landing, rolling, falling, balancing, and jumping. Additionally, students will apply these skills to complete mental challenges, complex movement combinations, and obstacle courses.

TEEN PARKfit

Designed to build upon the ParkFit 1 curriculum, Teen ParkFit teaches the remaining fundamentals of parkour & freestyle, promotes better strength and mobility, and emphasizes the relationship between the two. Students will learn basic skills including vaulting, wall running, climbing, flipping, and spinning. Teen ParkFit has a more Open Gym format with challenges and skills added in throughout the hour.
