Beginner Parkour

Athletes will start with the basics; proper landing techniques, rolls, and vaults to efficiently get from point A to point B. They’ll work specifically within the four “events” of parkour: Floor, Vault, Wall, and Bars and will get time on the trampoline to develop their flipping skills. Please have your child use the restroom before class.
