Parkour


Learn how to vault, flip, tumble, and fly in a safe environment.
Parkour is characterized by the efficient use of power, speed, agility, spatial awareness, balance, reflexes and thinking in the moment in order to overcome obstacles within one’s environment. Parkour classes help participants develop and/or expand these abilities in their everyday movements. Most importantly, our emphasis is on how to safely develop and use these skills to minimize the probability of injury.
4-5 Yo Parkour & Ninja
4-5 Years old
Students will start with the basics; proper landing techniques, rolls, and vaults to efficiently get from point A to point B. They’ll work specifically within the four “events” of parkour: Floor, Vault, Wall, and Bars and will get time on the trampoline to develop their flipping skills. All parkour classes are taught as “all levels” this year, and our instructors work with the students where they’re at. Students will also get to practice and learn ninja skills on our ever evolving ninja courses and set ups.
