Our Pre/K Gymnastics program gives your little one opportunity to have fun and get their wiggles out while learning through movement. At CSOM our Pre/K Coaches teach coordination, balance, flexibility and strength, all which lay strong foundations for overall development and lifelong athletes.

Little Tumblers

Parent & Me
Recreational Gymnastics

*Parent participation required

Our parent-child classes are for children ages 18 mo-3 years old. This class introduces your child to our gymnastics equipment in a social environment while also introducing basic skills such as jumping, rolling, and climbing in a loosely structured class setting.

3 Year Old Tumbling

Beginner Recreational Gymnastics

*Little or no gymnastics experience required

Girls and Boys that are ready to be independent. This class will aim to further a child’s physical development and coordination. Learning strength, balance, flexibility, and socio-cognitive skills in a fun, positive environment. Athletes will learn names of skills, positions and begin to develop the motor skills needed to perform basic gymnastics skills. Please have your child use the restroom before class.

4-5 Year Old Tumbling
& Gymnastics

Beginner Recreational Gymnastics

*Little or no gymnastics experience required

Athletes will learn and develop basic gymnastics skills that will improve their physical strength, coordination, and flexibility. Students will also learn the importance of following directions, taking turns/staying in line, and self-control. Please have your child use the restroom before class.

Parkour & Ninja 4-5 Year Old

Beginner Parkour

*No experience required

Students will start with the basics; proper landing techniques, rolls, and vaults to efficiently get from point A to point B. They’ll work specifically within the four “events” of parkour: Floor, Vault, Wall, and Bars and will get time on the trampoline to develop their flipping skills. All parkour classes are taught as “all levels” this year, and our instructors work with the students where they’re at. Students will also get to practice and learn ninja skills on our ever evolving ninja courses and set ups.

Flips & Air Awareness 4-6 Years Old

Beginner Flips

*No experience required

In our Air Awareness program we will go through a multitude of topics such as falling correctly, rolling, haptic and optic movements, flipping and twisting, and balancing. Much of our time will be spent on our two Max Air Super Trampolines learning how to functionally move your body while airborne. Many air sports involve less than forgiving landing surfaces such as rocks, concrete and firm snow. Come learn safely at Chalk Gymnastics to maximize performance and longevity while out in the real world.

Aerial Silks 4-7

Welcome to our all new program: Aerial Silks! In our first semester with silks at our gym, we will offer all of our courses as All Levels, simply divided by age groups. As the program grows, we will start to split out into groups by experience level.
