The kids and teens of Chalk are strong from moving at the gym and on the mountain, but nothing gets you stronger than lifting weights. Learn to lift or keep lifting with us at Chalk. Our strength programs are designed for the changing bodies of growing kids and teens and we’ve been teaching kids to lift for fifteen years. Join us to ensure your child gets started right and learns to love lifting. Classes offered for 8-11 yo, 10+, and Teens
