Teen Parkour

All Levels 13+ yo

*No experience required

Athletes will start with the basics; proper landing techniques, rolls, and vaults to efficiently get from point A to point B. They’ll work specifically within the four “events” of parkour: Floor, Vault, Wall, and Bars and will get time on the trampoline to develop their flipping skills. All parkour classes are taught at “all levels” this year, and our instructors work with the students where they’re at.
