Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Parkour/Ninja Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in parkour or ninja training and a passion for teaching and inspiring students in a fun and safe environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead parkour and ninja classes for students of all ages and skill levels.
- Teach fundamental parkour techniques, including jumps, vaults, rolls, and wall climbs.
- Design challenging and engaging obstacle courses that promote skill development and creativity.
- Provide individualized instruction and feedback to help students progress and overcome obstacles.
- Emphasize safety awareness and proper technique during training sessions.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to develop new programs and special events.
- Maintain a clean and organized training area, including setting up and dismantling equipment as needed.
- Communicate effectively with students and their parents regarding class schedules, progress, and any relevant information.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience coaching parkour or ninja training, preferably in a group setting.
- Strong understanding of parkour techniques, safety protocols, and obstacle course design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Demonstrated ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to undergo background checks as required by state regulations.

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Preschool Gymnastics and Parkour Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both gymnastics and parkour, along with experience working with young children in a teaching or coaching capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead engaging and age-appropriate gymnastics and parkour classes for preschool-aged children.
- Teach basic gymnastics skills such as rolls, cartwheels, and balances, as well as introductory parkour movements including jumps, landings, and vaults.
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment where children can explore movement and develop physical literacy.
- Incorporate games, songs, and creative activities to enhance learning and keep classes fun and dynamic.
- Provide individualized instruction and feedback to help children progress and build confidence in their abilities.
- Ensure proper equipment setup and safety protocols are followed during classes and open gym sessions.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress, upcoming events, and any relevant information.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate special events, performances, and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience coaching gymnastics and/or parkour to preschool-aged children.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic High School Student to join our team as an Assistant Gymnastics Coach. This position is designed to provide valuable hands-on experience in coaching gymnastics while supporting our instructors and helping to create a positive and engaging environment for our students.
Responsibilities:
- Assist coaches in leading gymnastics classes for individuals of all ages and skill levels, focusing on proper technique and skill progression.
- Help set up and organize equipment for classes and events, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for participants.
- Provide encouragement and support to students during classes, helping to reinforce proper form and spotting when necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as checking in students, answering phones, and responding to emails.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop coaching skills and knowledge of gymnastics techniques and terminology.
- Serve as a positive role model for students, demonstrating respect, sportsmanship, and teamwork.
- Collaborate with other staff members to brainstorm ideas for class activities, events, and promotions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support the smooth operation of the gymnastics program.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in high school with a strong interest in gymnastics, fitness, or coaching.

- Good communication skills and the ability to interact positively with students, parents, and staff members.
- Willingness to take direction and follow instructions from coaches and supervisors.
