Parkour is characterized by the efficient use of power, speed, agility, spatial awareness, balance, reflexes, and in-the-moment thinking to overcome obstacles within one's environment. Our Parkour classes are designed to help participants enhance these abilities in their everyday movements. Our primary focus is on teaching how to safely develop and apply these skills to minimize the risk of injury.

Parkour & Ninja

All Levels Parkour
Ages: 4-5, 6-8, 9-12 Years Old & Teens

DESCRIPTION

In our All Levels Parkour classes, athletes will start with the fundamentals, mastering proper landing techniques, rolls, and vaults to efficiently navigate from point A to point B. They will delve into the four "events" of parkour: Floor, Vault, Wall, and Bars, and they'll also have the opportunity to hone their flipping skills on the trampoline. Our parkour classes are designed for all levels, and our experienced instructors tailor their guidance to each student's individual progress and abilities. Join us on this exciting journey!

Parkour & Trampolining

All Levels
4-6, 7-10 & 11+ Year Olds

DESCRIPTION

While most of our classes include trampoline time, this class offers a unique experience. In this course, you'll engage in parkour movements across all the events of parkour. Additionally, you'll explore the world of trampolining in a more specific manner than traditional flips and twists. You'll get to experience how athletes who train for the Olympic event called Trampolining do it.

You'll learn progressions that will stay with you throughout your life, building and strengthening your foundation. This will set you up for a lifelong understanding of trampoline fundamentals, from the basics to advanced maneuvers. Join us for this exciting and comprehensive journey!
